Seeing as I have company coming Saturday I decided to double down on my clean up efforts. 20200220_102752.jpg Cleaned up all the splits from yesterday. I'll get the stuff in the background split and moved tomorrow morning. 20200220_110014.jpg And the pile continues to grow.

Its alot of wood. Kind of scary working in that top. Basically teaching myself how to deal with tension and compression as I go. Had 8" branches unload and move a foot or more.

Ya I like to determine where the tension branches are and not touch them until I clear the branches with no tension on them.

I like to get everything with tension on it cut as soon as I can, I find it safer that way.

And finally a big thank you to Jason and Steve. They made it look easy. All I need to do now is turn it into a huge pile of splits.
