Took down the stump from the neighbors red oak last weekend. It yielded 12 splits. Next on the agenda was to haul it and the splits from the 25' stump I cut and split a couple of weeks ago. Stacked a little of it, but still have some left as I needed to get the weed eatin' done. I currently have 4 cords C/S/S 90% red and white oak, and another cord and a half of red oak, still to be hauled home Did a little survey of the neighbors place today and there are 10 dead oaks I still need to take down. I marked them up and will probably wait till cooler weather sets in to work on them.

Nice looking oak! You have a ton of wood already CSS already this year. I'm guessing it will only take a couple of more "Big Oak Score" threads to push Bogydave over the edge...
Should have plenty. 10+ hours of full sun helps a lot. Not to mention the Hardy can stand a little moisture. I like to burn as dry as possible, but I don't obsess over it.
