    Aloe plants come in handy for burns, and even cuts.
    The goo from inside a leaf.
    Gotta be cautious with prepared purchased products as some have very little aloe in them, some so little as to not really be effective. Especially with sunburn products.
    I used to try to keep a plant or two in the kitchen, but they don't respond well to being over cared for. I tend to over-water and that rots the roots real quick unfortunately.

    When we got our new stove, Chaz got me a pair of gloves that go up to my elbows. Love them. Ya before them, I got a few also.

    I saved the last bit of an aloe plant that Fire Flake got from her mom.... she just about killed it by underwatering it.
    It has regenerated multiple multiple shoots...
    in nothing but a water filled Tupperware container.
    I guess it made the adjustment to rooting in water very quickly. :yes:
