Heads up. A 33 ton Troybuilt log splitter just popped up on FB marketplace. Says low hours. $800
Seems like a good deal if anyone is in the market.

Magnanimous man I am I would allow you to store it at my house. I’ll even start it up on occasion to keep the spider webs off. Maybe even weld some fancy accouterments to it for ya. Cup holder, six way wedge, auto feed unit.
I feel my halo glowing bright.

That’s an excellent question. If I had an extra 800 kicking around at the moment I would. Just went through CT’s excessive property taxes and I’m suffering from thin wallet at the moment. Bought way too many toys lately.

Besides, I’m not done doing evil tinkering to mine yet. Went to the steel shop last week. Thinking about a three way wedge ;)

Good reason! Death and excessive taxes if you live in this state!

Not sure if you heard. They’re talking about raising taxes on death. Some sort of cremation fee they want to add on to all the other death fees. It’s getting ridiculous here.

    Every 30 seconds.

Got any room on the other side of the brook? LOL. NH is one of the few states I’d consider. I don’t like heat, especially muggy heat.
Sticking for my mom. It was her dream to one day own the old family farm and that finally came true for her. It’s a nice spot to live in Ct if you have to live in Ct. If it wasn’t for the family land, privacy and big state forest on our borders I would of been out of here 30 years ago.

Some Kentucky 'official' saw my stacks and just assumed I was selling firewood because of the quantity of wood I have on hand. He threatened me with prosecution if I sold firewood without having a state and county business license and failed to collect sales tax and pay state and county income tax on the sales! I put my X27 over my shoulder and told him I don't sell firewood, I burn it! So you can leave now, pointing the way with the X27.
