That's a really nice machine! Happy splitting, just remember that we're not making toothpicks.:p

The 40 ton model from TSC with a 9.5 second cycle time looks pretty nice

Yes, my local tractor supply did not have it though. Guess I could have ordered it but the next closest one was only 30 minutes away.

Man I drooled over that one when I went to pick up the 25 ton. That’s a beast of a splitter and fast.

There are many many many tables available out there that you can buy and bolt directly onto your beam.

I tried to link 4 of them here, 2 of them being under $40.. But for some reason, i cant post links. So i gave up.
Use google... Thats my advice. Cheers

I can’t like this post, cost me the extra money for the 40 vs 25!

Nice splitter there! I have one myself, probably 2 years old now. Got it on sale during one our national holidays. Keep it out of the weather & use non-ethanol gas and you’ll be good to go for along time.

I have the same one I bought 3 years ago. Great splitter. Decided it was time to change the hydraulic filter. It takes a special filter (per manual). None of the 4 TSC stores in my area have any in stock. :headbang: One employee at one store tried to sell me a filter "they have been selling for years for that splitter" Wrong one!!Stopped at NAPA. No go. Looks like ordering from Speeco who makes the splitter for TSC. Other than this it has split perfectly.

Do you have a part number? I’m overlooking the filter number in my manual?

First off mine is 3 years old. I got one of the last ones before they switched to the one with the spring loaded jack stand. Not sure if anything changed on 2018 and newer models. The filter part # for mine is 578459. Here's a pic of my manual. Let me know if you find anything out if yours is different.
EDIT I found the # in the assembly instructions section.
