Sorry to hear that. But you have your extended family here, to always lend a ear. Keep the chin.

We're back in the hayfield. Cut a little over 75 acres yesterday, let's see how much gets wet.

Rainy today, inside work on my house. I have one floor in the downstairs left to lay, the dining room. No side jobs lined up for 2 weeks, so away we go. Everything out, doors off and old floor out today. New subfloor tomorrow (hopefully raining too)

I know. I'm very fortunate I found one unsuspecting gal that I didn't have to get from overseas...

Having a good night. My oldest helped me split and stack the last of our cooking wood. Once the night came down we built a small Bon fire to roast mallows. Just started up the burn barrel too, basking in the warmth as I write this.

Getting ready to go in to work. Only five hours so I will still have plenty of time to enjoy my weekend. I've got plenty of yard work waiting for me when I get done with work. Just what I love, a nice day and working in the yard. My roses are looking gorgeous this week!
