Momma told me there would be days like these.

Enjoy the break from the physical. Sounds like you have been quite busy.

    Mostly ice here.

Currently, above freezing with light rain.

I consider that a good day. I don't mind a day like that working in the garage.
Go out and get my fire going , go have breakfast , watch the wife go to work ( LOL ) , back out-radio on and enjoy. Oh and happy hour can also start a little ahead of schedule.

    Have a good day.

    Hot Air wood furnace.

Just put it in this fall , took out a small wood-stove that I couldn't stand ; always smoked and never had a good draft so it was more of a hassle than what it was worth and put a furnace in.
I got really lucky since a friend of mine gave it to me when he switched to pellets
Made some new sheet metal sides and top for it and good to go lucky with that too being able to fabricate and have access to whatever I need to do such a thing it was definitely a win win.

The only drawback is it can really eat up some wood and I really wasn't planning on installing it so didn't plan ahead with my wood supply this year for the house but will get by.

Best thing I could have done.

A skiff of snow overnight. Was trying to mist when I drove out to get a haircut this morning. Spitting a little snow for the last hour or so.

No rain here they are guessing 12 to 20” of snow through tomorrow night. Got 4” already
