Honesty I do love it and no worries its an iron worker who installs rebar for a living as opposed to connecting or setting structural steel.

My boss had sync 2 in his 2013 Explorer so we had to change the APIM and Screen to get his apple car play and wave going. Doing a reprogram(with IDS/Forscan) to get all his features working was a trip! I cussed at it often!! :BrianK:

Also upgrade the software to version 3.4 with the latest maps on my 2016 Escape(buggy).

This is useless crap, sort of like calling the space bar on a keyboard by a different name. Don't get me started on old stuff.

Back in the early days of micro computers I had a chance to demonstrate a system for my son's 1st grade class I was given a sheet of paper with a picture of a keyboard with labels showing what the teachers were calling the keys,my comment was simply you wish to confuse the kids with to many names for the same key, call them by what everybody knows them by, then the demonstration took place. That weren't yesterday,he turns 49 this April and heads up systems for a major trade publication in DC.

In a group that I belong to (obviously not here). It is a general statement about how not to annoy someone that has done something correctly.

Raced to the "view" on my way home to get pictures of the cloud formation that looked like a bird's wing with the sunset. Yes, I pulled to the side of the road.

Co workers Ford bricked something on an auto update a few months ago. He went through hel l getting that resolved. Took over a month, at least three trips to dealer and had practically no climate control among other things during this time.

Warranty, but what a cluster xxxx it was to get fixed.

Still have 4 vaca days that I should have used by end of 2019 so I am taking next 2 days off and watching this chit show of weather from home.

:ups:was here today as I decided to build a new computer on the cheap (not Snowy Rivers or SmokeyTheBear cheap, but not over the top either).

Current rig is 10+ years old, winblows 7 is now officially caputz, AMD Ryzen 2nd gen are being blown out cheap so figured I would keep busy for an afternoon.
