yooperdave, you just described our business model.....a little bit of seasoned firewood at the right place at the right time....it grossed us $250,000 last year
250K???? That's like....like.....a little over 10 cord! Seriously, there are many things out there that are way too expensive. Like prepared coffee for example....!! But, you target the people that will pay for the convenience and buy it. I think we all understand that none of them are buying a winter season's supply worth of firewood.
This was suppose to be a fun post about the amount of these bundles that this particular Lowe's location ordered. Other locations have none or at least none I saw; there may have been a few outside of the other entrance. Normally one will see a pallet and that is it. This particular Lowe's got in several pallets and I was just making a joke about Lowe's going into the firewood business.
