Those are pictures from a charity firewood cutting I go to every year. All of it will be given away to the elderly or those that can't process there own wood anymore. There where members from FHC, AS, and OPE there this year. I got to meet Scotty Overkill and blacksmith when they stopped to drop a truck and trailer load of maple off at the site.

Lol! I’ve found pieces of it around here looking for arrowheads. My pieces aren’t as colorful. If the ground freezes tonight I’m going to try and get a couple loads tommorrow. The hill going to the grove is getting rutted up bad, hoping for some frozen ground.

I hear ya. Id like to hit my locust score tomorrow for an hour, but the grass area will be muddy im sure. Frozen ground here, but top inch or so thawed out. Last week was perfect. Dry and frozen. Dang, wish i got more. At least we dont hafta worry about the stuff rotting!
