I was gonna rotate these but didn't need to,they cooked evenly at °275pulled them off at 174ish internal an theyz restin...the smell is over the moon!
Home made ash tool for my new smoker that I have been patiently waiting 3 months for and it looks like it's still gonna be a couple more weeks
It was a rough morning, up by 4:30 and two pork butts on the smoker by 5AM. Had to sit in the hot tub and drink some coffee and smell smoking meat and hickory smoke. Tough but some one has to do it
