    Not good.

At least it looks like he'll live to regret that decision.

I thought from the first picture that someone was crushed, but the second picture doesn't look so bad. I hope he will be OK

minor contusions to the fenders and a compound fracture to the steering wheel and dash board. Don't worry, it will all buff out. AND we managed to save the beer.

I think he might consider finding something else to do. That one is just too big of a mistake. I wish I had a mentor when I first started cutting wood. I can only say that the Lord was watching over me. On my own, I might have succeeded in killing myself from ignorance. Certainly tree falling is not all "common sense" Neither is saw maintenance.

Oh I think he’s all right looks like the seat is pushed back at odd angle under ROPS and I would think the fenders kept most of the weight off of him.. he’s not gonna be able to move very well

My guess is he was either drinking, or he was a beginner, or it was right after lunch, he had a full stomach and wasn't thinking very well.
BTW, it is a fact that right after lunch is when a majority of woodworking accidents occur.

I saw these on another forum. It was stated that it was a Dr. Pepper can, not beer. Thankfully the man is alive. I'm sure he has people who care about him.
