    Ok, so...
I couldn't take it any longer. I took the walking beams off and cut the tubes off where i left them sticking out past the frame. Then i cut all 4 spindles off the walking beams and shortened them 1.5 inches and welded them back on.

I was able to narrow the track width 4.25"
    And...I'm much happier:thumbs:

You’re doing a great job! I’m sure you’re going to love using that trailer! What color are you going to paint it?

I'm impressed with how in that first video Tim managed the walking beam to come to a stop at dead level...unless the vid was edited... ;)

I started watching this and Chaz goes I want one. Told him that was a certified toy not a tool. He told me it would be for wood gathering. I look at him and just said right. And then told him that I guarantee that I wouldn't get in that vehicle with him.

    Thank you. Sir.

Most likely a satin black. Still thinking aluminum sheet metal since it wouldn't ever need painted

Do you think there will be a galvanic corrosion issue?

We have a local guy who will build custom trailers. Tell him exactly what you want and he will build it. My BIL has him build trailers and then he puts walk in refrigerators on them and he sells them or rents them out.
