Hi. I need to replace the blower control box for my Quadrafire 4100 wood insert. The model number is SRV7000-194. Anyone know of an aftermarket replacement that doesn’t cost $120 like the original part? Thanks.

Looks like a simple switch. Question before I put up suggestions; how capable are you with wires/electricity, and are you comfortable with the fact that modifying the blower (even just this part) could cause the heater to loose its UL listing for insurance purposes?

I am comfortable with electrical work but not so comfortable doing something potentially unsafe.
