I’ve been using forks like those for many years. They work fine for me. I’ve never had a problem with the bucket getting in the way. You must be mindful of how you are loading the forks as they do extend beyond the leverage hinge of the bucket, but they’ve always done everything I’ve asked of them within the tractors and the forks capabilities.

I have a friend who uses them. he cant see the forks when he's trying to load. his bolt on and they get pushed sideways kinda easily. they take 5 min to put on and off. and they are heavy. if you have a quick tach on your tractor, I'd go with regular forks. just my .02

I’ve used them, they are better than nothing. The bucket does affect your visibility but you can learn to deal with that. My problem with them is your capacity is reduced because your load is further from you with the bucket on the machine. You can get your load 18-24” closer with quick attach forks.

If possible go with quick attach, I wouldn’t get bolt on bucket forks on a compact or sub compact tractor.

Several folks around here have tried them. All of them swear at them and most used them once or twice then got regular pallet forks and are happy.

btw, the pallet forks I got were less than $500; I think was $450 and they are quick attach.

Everything I was going to say has been said. Can’t see the load, pushes the weight out, can bend the bucket, etc. I agree they’re better than no forks, but not by much. How high do you need to lift? 3 point forks are another option and can be bought for about $200. Usually 3 points have greater lift capacity’s.

My Kubota B2710 does not have a quick attach bucket so I have clamp on forks from palletforks.com. One of the best cheap implements I own. I can see the ends of the forks if I stand up.

Most newer machines have a safety switch so if you get off the seat the engine shuts off. Guess you could disable it, but it would void the warranty and is unsafe. Does your Kubota have ROPS

I have clamp on forks. I use them for a boom once in a while. I clamp them 30" apart and then swing the tips together and tie off, as a lift point. Lessee... I've extended the bucket for snow, which worked well. But, I've never lifted a pallet with them...

only the small ones mainly used with mid mount mowers.

I have a set with a cross brace stabilizer bar. It works, not ideal, but didnt cost as much as a quick attach set. I rarely use them so Im content. If I was using them regularly, no way would I deal with it.

I have a set with the crossbar I got cheap and I’ve used them a few times and they work well. They are limited compared to regular forks but they’re fine for occasional, lighter use. I unloaded a 700 lb pallet with them and I wouldn’t go any heavier than that personally.
