Looks like it will cut big timbers easy enough. If you wanna cut boards I don’t think it’s too capable unless you have big logs. It requires a certain amount of surface area to hold the 2x6. Course you could slab boards off the sides and leave the center of the log for posts/joists if your building a cabin. also wonder if tacking a longer deeper channel to ride the 2x might be helpful? All in all it’s not bad for the money. Might be just the ticket for occasional use.
Ya hes done alot of good content, i like his vids where he tests the cheapest stuff on amazon. Recent chainsaw ones were quite surprising
