    I'll do you one better. First day with the new company takeover. I dont have a computer, nor direction as to who my customers even are. I have a meeting with HR at a hotel in Boston this afternoon, but probably wont know anything until tomorrow afternoon.

    Replacement windows for the garage showed up this morning. Going to see about putting one in today.

    I say one, because these are far from drop-in installs. The brick veneer openings on my house don't always perfectly line up with the framed openings. Taking that into account I had to order a smaller size window that would work on all the openings. Now I have to center the framing on the brick opening - all with non-standard lumber sizes (like 5/8" on one side and 1 1/8" on the other). Planer is going to get a workout over the next few days.

    So far, so good. Yesterday morning as I was taking a shower, we ran out of water... Bad timing. But got the pump working again...only to have it stop once again. But looks like it is fixed now as it is still working great. It made me wonder having a new year start that way. :rofl: :lol: Taint fun walking around with soap all over your body and not able to wash it off. No, I was not even considering rolling in the snow. I was not in a sauna...
