    Yikes ! Good luck B.

I'm sure you are aware that your home area is getting freezing rain and ice. Hope you have a safe trip.

About 4 inches of sn*w here and likely getting mostly sn*w-I hope thats right as Ill take that over ice and freezing rain.

Off to work in the crud as we have a meeti g at 9am with a payroll company. They better show up as its the only treason I didnt take today off-no rest for the weary lately

Dang this is a weird storm as we are getting severe thunderstorm warnings now and its snowing out , looks like it has been snowing all day here not heavy but not like up in Andover (work) where we had everything from freezing rain to sleet to snow. Froze my azz off in the mess as we were taking all the old cooling tower support steel off the roof with a 275 ton crane , yeah I know great day to do it huh ! Wouldn't allow me to bring the Iron workers yesterday to do it when it was nice....

So glad when i got up this morning and the Ice Armageddon had not occurred Thank God was not looking forward to that ride on the back roads to get to route 2

One of the benefits to living so close to the ocean.....all rain. Maybe a bit of sleet but the temps stayed in the upper 30's all day. I was kinda hoping to try the wifes new car out in the snow. I heard a few rumbles but nothing close to me. Crazy storm!

Sorry have not been around. Have been repairing my poor old plow truck, in my neighbors log garage, cannot even shut the door, except to the bed of the truck. At least it has a wood stove, so partially warm. Transfer case is now repaired, and front diff is now repaired. About 1/2 hour to repair cross member, then I can bring it home an reinstall the plow.

ID10T owner tried to send crews way north on bad roads today, 2.5 hrs one way on a good day. Good owner said no, not putting them at risk = dead lock. Thank goodness it ended up too cold to use the materials on the job. Ya right, put a bunch of lives at risk (men with families to boot), pay them for 9 hours of driving to squeek in 7 hours of labor (see Final goodbye to reliable ol F250 same ID10T that sent them on terrible roads back then :headbang: only that trip was south). Thanks for letting me vent. Hope you defrost soon luney.
