    Went out today and helped give out replacement water from other sources. Now most people are shying away from wanting the water from FEMA.its been almost 4 years I think but don’t hold me to that.

    I have to wonder if this isn't FEMA's way of bowing out on their on going obligation to these people. This way they can lay claim that the water they were providing was out of there control and they had no knowledge up until now. Be interesting to see how quickly they try to right the wrong.
