Saw this on FB Marketplace

O31 avs and a 042 i hAve 4 of the 031 avs and 1 042..1 031 runs and the others need amall repair 1 coil bad 1 ignitio. Wire need replace need 2 bar covers and 3 carb covers ,compression good on all .o42 need all covers.you could get 3 runnig by using 1 for parts..one is a 1969 model 2 1971 1 is a 032 my bad.200 or best offer.

what a deal. who wouldn't wanna buy a bunch of broken saws.

 

$50 a saw if ya like to tinker, not too hateful. Plus a shelf sitter?

 

to each their own. if they were easy to fix the owner would have fixed them. (or at least that's my take on it). I've never had good luck buying someone else's abandoned project. guess it depends on your time/$$$ ratio.

031 &032 ignitions are hard to find working I have got several in shed same problems good luck with that JB
