Buddy at work sent me these today and this guy is living at the golf course/prison across the road from the plant. Gonna start taking the camera to work now.
I wish the deer that come to eat the bountiful harvest of acorns here knew they didn't have to run when I stepped outside. At night all we usually see is the white tails of the white tail deer high tailing it into the woods. Not the most impressive view of an animal.
This guy is out my front window this afternoon. He kept rubbing his horns so I couldn't get a better picture
I'm considered fairly urban area. I have 1/2 acre so does the rest of my street. All 5 of us. But our lots are 3+ times larger than everyone around us. Ther is a park near the river about 1/4 mile away
Pastor in Ithaca, MI told me about an 8pt buck servicing a doe behind his house. It was in small field but inside the city limits so he dared not take it; just grabbed binoculars instead of rifle.
Gotta say, that buck just seems to pose for the camera. Some great shots of a great buck. They don't do that when I'm looking down the sights.
