I stand corrected $ 289. a ton . Let's face it pellet prices are going up , that's why I'm adding a mini split AC / Heat unit next year.
1 - 10 I'd give them a solid 8 / great heat , very little fines, durable , excellent bag and low ash considering constantly burning for 29 hours . Also all things considered reasonable price.
If in fact they are the same pellet as last years just new bags I believe I paid $270 a ton last year and was pleased with them , $309 a ton I would rather grab some Vermont's or Woods and Son or heck some Vandie Plats and buy a bottle of bourbon with the left over coin Thanks Russell for the Review !
I paid 269.00 last year but they raised it to 289.00 this year.Still worth it but I went cheap and got the North Country for 279.00.Not a bad pellet but the bags are thin and many bags were water damaged. The company replaced all damaged bags(30)and let me keep the damaged ones.I sifted through the waterlogged stuff and wound up with about 20 bags of good pellets.
Mix burning in the main stove Vandie - Woods & Son and MWP in the Cellar stove , grabbed a ton from TSC today .
Rich..those are from the Allegheny plant in Youngsville.....The few times I burned Allegheny pellets over the years they had a high ash volume in my stoves. Be curious how you like them.
