About 25 cords c/s/s. Getting more wood over the next month or two and then will split this winter. Hoping to cut 5-6 more cords this year.

I'm embarrassed to say I've split very little this past year and I have literally a small mountain of wood here that needs processed......

Remember me taking about a splitting GTG last fall? Yeah, that pile is still here, and it's grown quite a bit too....

All I've kept this past year in terms of wood is apple, oak, locust, and hickory......and this what's in the mountain from last year too. All premium BTU's just waiting to be split and stacked....I still have around 18 cord split, stacked and seasoned (it's all got at least 3 to 7 years seasoning), and the mountain waiting to be processed is probably around 8 cord or more, hoping to get some of that processed soon.

I've just been too busy the past 2 years......

Cindys Mom & Dads 1.5 face cord. They only have a fire pit.

And i dont even have a stove yet. :( Mabye next year.
Total css 41 + and 3 in rounds all most all cotton wood and pine very little else.
Scrounge what you can. If you can’t burn in quality you can burn in quantity.

I like your style, but sometimes you need to stop and smell the roses.

ill use whatever i need and will try to sell the rest of the seasoned stuff or burn it next year. Id say 75% too green to be used and acquired as a result of what a "wonderful" influence :tree:FHC has had on me.

15 cords c/s/s with half dry enough to burn and I just finished this week the day before we got 4" of snow. Half the pile is sugar maple followed by red oak, white ash, and red+rock elm. January arrived here in November and so the wood pile is looking mighty warm, highs below 30 for a few days this week and next.

I like that first pic of the downhill stack with the "leaning tower of crib" end. Mine will sometimes lean the other way only to fall over!
    Nicely done campinspecter

i did put "wonderful" in quotes (i just did it again) and was warned when i joined back in February!
I did bottle it once. Ms.buZZsaw picked it up, gave it a shake, and it exploded! I forgot to put the warning label on it!

Lots and lots of chunks, shorts and uneven stacks here, maybe 8 cord pretty much ready (yes, I've slacked off the past couple of years). Another 2 cords black locust ready at best friends place ready to go. At his place we also have a few cords ready for their use plus 1-3 left in the sell ring.
Can't even count how many cords are at his place that is down in various stages of being css. Talking close to 70 degrees today so hope to knock some out on this fine day.
