I’m a maintenance mechanic for a vocational school, if I don’t order parts for a job correctly I may have to buy some parts on my dime just to be able to finish the job on time. If it’s under $20 I’ll pay for it.

As The World Turns in small town: Fish Tales :picard:   :picard:

    Ring... Ring....

Me "Hi honey, I cannot find my keys"
Him I saw your spare set on your desk last night
Me Yes, I have my spare set but mailbox locker key is on my real set, post office did not hold my package for pick up like instructed
Him The fish are in the mailbox locker? They are out in the cold and I do not have to stop by post office?
    Me yes
Him (long pause) I'll leave when I can

(Background, a shipment ~2015 was sent to California instead of WY. ~2016 fish shipment was "hold for pick up" at Post Office, it was there the whole time, employees could not find it, most the fish dead again despite our pleas while stopping by 5 times in 2 days to look harder. And no, they do not answer the phone. I dare someone to call get a person on the line at my post office. )

Shelving I ordered was backordered with no restock date so it's cancelled. There are others but I liked the concealed rivet legs.

Ok here's a pic of our snow. Badger the wonder dog photobombing. Like I said it's not a lot, it's just a lot for right now, and it's cold. 24 ° out and dropping. 20191107_162817.jpg

Well, yeah it didn't look like much, but it was 4.7", which was more than what I saw for anywhere further north. Not like I want it right now though...

I had been hoping for a few more dry semi mild days yet this fall. This has not been a good year for doing wood work.

Yeah it throws some heat. We'll have a lot more about for several years, that's for sure.

I need to buy a new car by the end of the year when I turn in the company car. I have total analysis paralysis.

I'm all over the map with what I should do.
