    Or not. Got some hefty white oak logs for the bridge decking I’m planning. I’ll cut them down to 7’ for the width of the bridge and have them bandsawn into planking.

    im thinking after trimming to length I’ll paint the ends of just the straight ones. Use the twistys first and if I have any leftovers they’ll be of a better quality.

    I use old latex. Doesn't work as well as the designated stuff but it's better than nothing.

    works quite well IMO. Was just cutting up some culled lumber I painted in 1993. It’s been outside since then.
    Running it through the buzzsaw I shaved off the ends so as not to mess with the combustor.
