Customer who bought several truck fulls of fresh cut oak couple weeks ago referred me to the neighbor across the street. Neighbor had seen me cutting and unloading and was impressed with my work. Needed some chain saw work done. Turns out he had a mass tangle of fallen trees from the May 2018 tornado here. Couple big oaks, small beech and a sassafras snapped off. Good mess but nothing i hadnt worked before. He just needed them bucked and would get them out of the woods. Basically a straight chain saw job! No splitting or removing. He is a regular burner and will use the wood. Had a hydro splitter too. Spent about 4 hours today with the 261 untangling all the smaller stuff. Burned through two tank fulls of gas. The 460 will finish the big stuff tomorrow. 24" & 18" DBH red oaks, 6" beech and maybe 10" on the sassafras top. Pics in order from start to end. tree mustve stayed alive through the Summer of 2018 as it sent out new shoots, but not this year 24" DBH oak separated from its twin. Wish i had a few more jobs like this! Branches broke easily from 18 months of decay. Made it easier for me to clear the way. He will remove from woods. Small mound of skinnies and a few logs by his splitter to buck as well tomorrow.
I'm not anti. As long as you like it, that's all that matters. You need to send one of those creamsicles to Kevin and get an XS sticker on it!

Nice work! That storm did an incredible amount of damage. I drove through Mt Carmel Ave the other day near Sleeping Giant. You can still see the damage over a year later. FYI: New Hampshire has plenty of tax free beer! Not a far ride from our weekend place. No deposit either.
