Yes indeed there’s 3 trees piled up random lengths so today I’m hauling them out and cutting them to size as I can. The big pile is rotted :( although I was told new tree.

I told them I’m not taking that rotted wood:wacky:

It’s so close to home I’ll take the Deere back after it’s hauled to the driveway and bring my splitter out to split them load. It’s easier that way...

The adventure of starting the Deere today was a good half hour it doesn’t like the cold at all... even with synthetic oil soooo... It’s time for an oil pan heater. It argues the entire way till it’s warmed up. I just went home for lunch and decided to leave it running so I don’t have to deal with that again. It’s a cold, windy, muddy and sunny one here today...

But gee, that wood is still burnable even if it shows a bit of rot. You can have it cheap...

A bit of rot more like a sponge with a bit of wood in the center:rofl:

They are insisting it’s fine and new. :hair::wacky::picard: I think it’s an act of desperation on their part but I’m not participating....

There where a lot of odd chunks this time so a little wind row fencing and a brick made a decent dryer. If the experiment works I’ll make a bigger one at some point. It should work very well.

There’s some aluminun left from the bins so I’ve got an idea for a roof too.
