    That is cool. The smokestack log is perfect! Did you plan to do that when stacking or did the smokestack log give you the idea bogydave ?

    This kind of stuff is going to help me get a radial arm saw soon.

    The wife started buying those little discs from hobby lobby to paint for Christmas ornaments for everyone. She tried it with a sawzall and a regular bow saw and didn't like the result. So, I'm going to be buying one pretty soon.

    Thats impressive:dex: a lot of BTU expended just making that stack The discs of firewood are real popular here for centerpieces for weddings I have sold a lot of them I take a 30" piece of wood and clamp it in the sawmill and cut them 1 1/2 inches thick real quick enjoy your train ride JB

    No need for a radial arm saw.
    I cut the snowmen cookies out of
    birch logs with a chainsaw :saw:
