Picked this little guy up yesterday. My daughter named him Rowdy let's hope he doesn't live up to his name.
Must be puppy time.... With all the new puppy's here lately.... Cute puppy, and it's got a good color scheme....
Well he won't be that big since he is a Jack Russell but he will think he is big We needed something to take our mind off our other dog that we just had to have put down due to cancer. He will never replace her but I sure hope he grows up to be half the dog that Sadie was. She will always be missed

He's a good looker Certified and I agree your daughter looks to be a happy camper. My friend says if puppies weren't cute nobody would have a dog.
Everyone in my house just said Awwwwwwwh………. he's soooooo cute….. I agree with Locust, That's about the same age my daughter got our lab. , he's hitting 14 now
Thanks for all the puppy compliments! The poor guy has big shoes to fill and I have to keep reminding myself that he isn't Sadie and will have his own personality. It is still hard with her being gone and I keep finding myself looking for her or getting ready to whistle for her as I hop on the tractor. My wife and I bought Sadie right after we were married and she had been with us ever since (11 years). I buried her behind the woodpile since that was her favorite place in the world to hang out and she would want to be there! She would spend all day out there chasing chipmunks and rodents and pull all my wood off the stacks to get them. If I had a dollar for every piece of wood that I had to put back on the stack after she pulled it off I could probably buy another 4 wheeler. The funny thing is I never cared it made me smile every time I saw her out there. It hasn't been quite the same without her but she lived a happy life and will always be remembered
I know exactly how you feel Cert. I buried my 12y.o. Aussie (Rudy) last June and I still miss him terribly. We have a new 4 month old Aussie (Piper) but it's not the same and never will be. But as you said and mine also they had a good life.
Yep... My last GSD was the same way. Oscar would pull a split off the pile for every 2 I put on... But I didn't care. They become part of the family.
