The stacks werent leaning either... anyways wasnt a big deal. Im sitting here drinking coffee and watch this fox go from stack to stack jumping up and down and looking down inside, guess he/she is hunting?!

Sorry for pic quality, used my iPhone and its a decent distance away.

Lookin' for a mouse or two for breakfast. Good thing you don't keep any chickens.

Great shots out at your stacks!! As Jotul said, must have something yummy to eat hiding in-between.

Mouse or snake. Only two things that live in stacks I know of.
Ok chipmunk could be on the list. That’s just a big mouse in my book.

BTW. I see what you did with your metal posts. Smart. That’s a good idea. My sister bought some and drove them at the edge of the pallet. Didn’t work so well.

Can't outfox a wood hoarder. Probably smelled/heard a critter in the stacks. As jo191145 stated ive seen mice and snakes, but could be something else...vole, shrew, chipmunk etc.
    Cool pics, thanks for sharing!

Our little Douglas squirrels (pine squirrel or chickaree) like to build nests in my stacks after they've been top-covered.

Dry and cozy for the winter. They are some of the coolest little creatures with great personalities.

I hope the foxes don't figure it out and start tearing up my tarps.

No doubt after mice. Probably found one or a nest of mice once and keeps coming back to find more.

That’s cool. I occasionally see a neighborhood cat up on my stacks.
