Thank you Sir. Yes. Expensive. Especially since I had it built so it would stand up to just about anything.

Better than having it all busted up in a few years time.

I believe I saw some rebar in a previous pic, am I correct?

Yes. There is 1/2” rebar on 24” centers both ways. Then the smaller wire mats tied to the top of that. It is six inches thick at the thinnest and upwards of 8” thick at the thicker side on the high side.(left side in photo) Basically that thick (8”) because I goofed up my grade on dirt and stone. But at least I know it’s not going anywhere.:)

So made an attempt to do a brake job on the wifes CRV today. Heh, yeah right. The retaining screws in the rotors are basically welded in place. I beat on the Tekton impact driver until the #3 twisted, no dice. Gonna see who will do the swap with my parts, not holding my breath. Firestone wanted $780 for all 4 corners.... naw.

They can be a handful at times, but they are good boys. 20190927_123611.jpg

William reminds me of Lily. I love Labs but I'm finding out Boxers are a hoot to be around. Nutty friggen dogs, just plain goofy.

Could you try to drill the screw out?
