hey friends 576xp Husky- wouldn’t start back up, i took the cover off and it started rt up but as i was putting the cover back on while running it would shut down. I know i hit the compression button a couple times and that shut it down. It still shut off even when i realized that and would be careful not to hit it. I moved the spark plug wire around and that seemed to work. Theres no melted exposed wire either. I did get a shock one time when touching something but that only happened once. Any thoughts?????
Ground/kill connection loose or off its post at the choke/kill switch Could check it under the flywheel cover too
U just need to trade that puppy in on a 572xp is all. You can’t be expected to be productive with substandard equipment Just kidding, I really don’t know what could be causing that sir. Unless you have a bare spot in the plug Eire that is grounding it out on something it’s coming in contact with when you put the cover on.
Tape up or replace all damaged wires. If the plug wire is bare or not insulated it is arching to ground before it can fire the plug. This could be your issue. That needs to be fixed first. Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
is it worth having someone do like a tune up on it. I clean it out and keep it as nice as i can, change out plug and filter but I also dont have the money really for that.
572 is the latest 70cc saw Husqvarna cane out with & it’s been drawing a lot of positive feedback from the professionals from what I’ve been reading.
Iv had my 455 rancher for many years, iv been using the 576 cus the oiler is clogged on the 455. I absolutely love that saw and its cut alot of wood. 576 is just so heavy for what im doing but its nice to play with and also have for the occasional large tree. Rt now its got a 20” bar and its a beast but when i buy a new saw i would want another lighter cordwood saw. Thats why i love that little echo you see in my pics, its so light and it really surprises me.
