    Main ceramics are out of boiler now and it’s mostly cleaned out. Time to get cleaned up and go to a doctor appointment. I went to give blood the other day and they said my blood pressure was too high. :picard:I figure I better have my doctor check this out.

    Morning.. Looks like the forum was shut down for just Sunday. Was glad to see it back on this morning. Going to get some more firewood inside this week. Was in the shop for a while last night and burned some ash and maple to take the chill off. Been enjoying the fall temps allot. Have a great day.

    Finally got my new glasses Saturday. Really seems good to see decently again. 2 months without glasses sucks when you don't have good eyesight and I only have one halfway good eye as it is.

    Right now I'm glad I don't live in Montana; at least that area that got hammered with so much snow. I can only imagine what happened to the hunters that were way back in camping.

    Spooky, head on collision in front of kiddo's school house (they are set back from the highway), 2 semi's , how sad, both are on fire now, huge plumes of smoke.

    Two soccer games taken in this afternoon/evening. Girls played well and the teams won both games.

    Doctors appointment showed my blood pressure was down some but still a higher than it should be. This has been measured high several times over the last year and been too high, so it’s time to start medication. Ugh. I don’t like taking anything. But it’s determined most likely to be genetic/age related. So I will start that tonight, I guess.:picard:

    Been there for the last 20+ years. It's all good when your on the meds, you'll actually feel better. I tried taking myself off of them, turned out to be a big mistake. Will be taking them for my remaining time while I'm still on the perch !!!!! Good Luck.

    . been there done since I was 36... it was soo much better than those daily headaches in the back of the head...:confused: actually they switched me this last May to another one, but in the family... I’ve felt better since then too...

    I can't wait for these fall temps we have been having to leave!! It seems like it's been 95 for a high for weeks now! And will be through the end of the week. Then we get some relief with highs in the 70s
