Got a call from my mom about 5 this afternoon, she fell in the kitchen and landed hard on her right knee, she has had both replaced, so she could'nt get up. Got our preacher to get her up, she has big knot above her knee, they are taking her to the big hospital, looks kinda bad. Prayers appreciated
Oh poor Mom. Prayers that she didn't break any bones and for good care at the big hospital. The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry... I hope you can still take your trip.

We are planning on the trip, it was too late to cancel. My brother is coming down and my cousin has been staying with her for a few days is here as well. Didn't know my sister that lives next door like we do was leaving for the weekend too.
Update on mama, she broke her leg above the knee. Waiting to transfer her to another hospital for Ortho surgery. She is almost 93.
Yeah, I believe there is a plan for each of us, but the lessons can be a SOB when they happen. How you cope and change/ adapt is on you. Your emerging from a situation just defines your current self, until the next trial. You go from there... Trials and tests, those are a constant. Our reactions to those help to define who we are. Just my thoughts.
Praying for our heavenly Father to help us all through the storms of life. Praying for Robert and mama that God will give peace and comfort. Asking Jesus who suffered and felt pain on our behalf to come into our hearts and we can know him and trust him. That this broken sin sick world is not a surprise to the creator and ruler of the universe. I pray the Lords prayer. Thy will be done. Amen to T.Jeffs Amen, brother
I pray that she will be well taken care of in the hospital, and is kept out of pain. Poor old bones, I pray that the leg knits up after her surgery.
