Sounds like a very similar repair to my last one! ;)
Just might be a bit of a PITA to do roadside! o_O
I think I'm gonna go out and mark the fuel pump relay right now...that way I know which one to smack around if that day comes...of course it probably won't if I'm carrying a spare!

We had a spike buck running around the grounds at the school today. He ended up coming right up to the office window to munch on some berries in the garden border. Last week we had two does and two bucks "playing" on the lawn outside our office window.

Thanks that’s much clearer that the list the state provides. Lol!

My garden didn't worth a crap this year. We should be wading in tomatoes but they are just dribbling in.
I can spaghetti sauce with them every year.
With not that many tomatoes ripening I went to the Amish Produce auction today. I bought 2 peck of San Marzano tomatoes at $7 a peck. Not a good price but a lot cheaper than the supermarket. I wasn't sure if 2 peck would make up a batch so I hung around to the end of the auction and snagged 3 peck of canners at $3/peck. A lot better price.
Spent the afternoon peeling, coring and dicing the San Marzanos. I found out that 2 pecks make 1 1/2 gallons of peeled and diced tomatoes. I only needed a gallon for the recipe so I figured I would 1 1/2 times the recipe. The recipe makes 8 quart of sauce. I dumped the 1 1/2 gallons of tomatoes in my pan and got to looking at it. "This not going to work." 12 quarts of sauce in a 12 quart pan?" Scooped a 1/2 gallon out and will use it in the morning for a second batch.
I have 3 pecks to go yet. At least I know now how much a peck makes. Will make some juice out of the others.
I was amazed at the auction prices and will have to frequent it more often. Maybe not much of a garden next year at auction prices.

My tomatoes did the worst they ever have as well. We usually make a gallon or two of sauce too each year. This year we barely had enough to eat.

Checked the forecast and it’s going down to 40° F tonight. Coldest of the season. It won’t be long till we're burning again. Forgot how much I look forward to it.

We were going to leave tomorrow first thing in the AM, but ran into a few snags that will delay us going out East until Friday am. This really doesn't change much for us, as we had super flexible "plans".

If anything, this will allow us to ensure everything is taken care of.

I broke the belts from my PTO on my tractor, so I had to run out to a different town, get the belts ( which wasn't as easy as it should've been) , then replace them, ( kinda a pita by yourself) and finish the lawn mowing with the led headlamp that my wife gifted me a couple Christmases ago since I haven't hooked up the tractor's headlights.

The house holds the heat from the sun pretty much until morning. Once the daytime temps drop enough, then it’ll get cold inside and I’ll be lighting the stove.

We're not quite at the tipping point with the pellet stove but getting close. I want some heat in the afternoon & evening but the night time lows are still in the 50/40's, so not all night quite yet. Grateful for the extended warm fall though, winter/spring went to June this year.

We are picking about 2 gallons of Cherry tomatoes every other day and 40 full size ones as well. I haven't been on the site much as of late due to the harvest picking and processing is taking all our time. Covered some of the plants, the temp is 38* as of right now and will drop lower. The temps further north at my camp and Well Seasoned 's place will be a good freeze tonight.

Yeah, but that is a one-time thing. And since I updated my license last year online, I don't have to do that for for several years.
