If Horkn is right, and it’s sounds logical, maybe a deal could be worked out. Chances are high if they have this leftover from processing they have a way of moving it. Might be willing to truck some on rainy days when they may be sitting on the couch earning nothing. Maybe get a sweet deal on trucking that way. Besides truckers like driving in the rain. Less wear on their tires that way
If it’s legitimate it’s a great score, thanks for sharing. In md the latest scam is to post something a lot of people would want for free so they can collect phone numbers to clone for scam calls.
No. A guy who owns an excavation company who sporadically brings me 20’ log length but charges $70 a cord. Worth it to me because it’s always straight stuff and never too big in diameter.
That there is beautiful sight....wish I was closer. it's at least 2 1/2hours from me. On the other hand, the wife would kill me.
I caught that 24" thing too. I didn't key in on it. I was thinking all those logs are not bigger than 24", and also that 24" is pretty good size tree. Sent from my moto g(7) using Tapatalk
Same drive as I screen shot earlier in this thread is now 51 minutes at 8:05am. Not a horrific drive since a lot of it is highway. Who knows where in town it is, that could have an impact though.
It could be a fantastic deal or nothing. For sure it is nothing if too hard to get to or too far to haul it. Then it is not a deal at all.
