    Looking again it may be an Adder. Was just curious. Havent seen an Adder around here in ages. And no water snakes here.
    Buddy had water snakes at his house, prolific. He picked one up one day showing off after a few cocktails. Gave it a kiss and it latched onto his lip LOL. I’m betting that was the last one he picked up.

    You should ask Judy about chipmunks. I don't know the score yet for this year but a couple years ago she shot 91 of those little critters. When she has a gun in her hands, I hide.

    Chipmunks - girls had one trapped in the downspout a couple days ago. Got the alfalfa field knocked down- Hawks have been paying close attention to that area.

    I've had issues with countless mice in my house (old farm house) over the years. after all the headaches, I don't have much compassion for them anymore.
