    Others have said so well, "Good Job!!!!". Doing a deed like this and seeing it thanked for and appreciated, best blood pressure medication in the world! I can feel my blood pressure drop and feel the good. in the world when this happens . Kind of like an uninvited hug and thanks from a grandkid just for being who we are, blood pressure just drops and God's presence is felt.
