Just go to town on the shrimp and cocktail sauce. That's what I'd do. Although the raw broccoli is more interesting than that "game" was. Holy snooze fest.
Anyway, like I was sayin’, shrimp is the fruit of the sea. You can barbecue it, boil it, broil it, bake it, saute it. Dey’s uh, shrimp-kababs, shrimp creole, shrimp gumbo. Pan fried, deep fried, stir-fried. There’s pineapple shrimp, lemon shrimp, coconut shrimp, pepper shrimp, shrimp soup, shrimp stew, shrimp salad, shrimp and potatoes, shrimp burger, shrimp sandwich. That- that’s about it.
With that much left over, I would make something we call Haystacks. A bed of corn chips then fresh veggies - tomotoes, green, red or yellow peppers, diced cucumber, mushrooms, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, green onions, etc. - on top. Warmed up refried beans mixed with sala on top of that and then sprinkle grated cheese for the topping. With the ingredients in the picture, you could mix the sala with the black beans and use that instead of the refried beans. We wouldn't use the shrimp at all.
