    Mulberry is a very light smoke similar to Apple… I got turned on to it be a guy out of Iowa that was/is a member here… He called it the poor man’s apple wood… since it grows like weeds around here…

    For me, when I burn mulberry in the Englands, I get an aroma of insence. That smell does not come through as much when smoking meats. I really like it but the flavor is not similar to apple, which I’ve used for many years. It is forgiving like apple though.
