    Just put last roaster of sweet corn in the oven. Did up 12 dozen tonite. How do you put your corn up? I do cream salt pepper sugar-oven. Let it cool n freeze.

    My wife and I froze 2 bushels in the last 2 weeks. We boil the ears for 2-3 minutes and then cut the kernels off the cobs, bag em and freeze.

    FYI- we just started microwaving corn. Leave the corn in the husk and zap for 3 minutes. Cut about 3/4" from the stalk end off and then the remaining husk comes off quite easily.
