    I soak em in a mixture of egg and milk, then put em in a bag with flour and greek seasoning and shake up. then fry till golden brown. I'm stuffed. think my wife eat more than I did too.lol

    That's how I do it, kinda. I usually use butter. I'd be really hungry after seeing your pic if I wasn't already stuffed

    Flour and fry here. Sometimes marinade in teriyaki. Didn’t take a pic of the strap butt did of the hind 1/4.

    I brought fish and shrimp to the gtg last weekend. Had so much other food we never ate it. At 18° in the truck, it never even thawed out

    I cut some thin pieces of backstrap, pounded them out with a meat mallet, and gave them the spices/flour dip last week. Pure heavenly goodness on a plate.

    I also pounded out a skirt steak off my buck, and with much dedication, it worked alright for a nasty tough piece of meat. I'm not usually a meat mallet guy, but I thought I should test it

    Looks delicious, made some Jalapeno poppers with tenderloins a piece of onion and a little cream cheese a piece of Jalapeno peppers and of course wrapped in BACON.
