    Yeah, I wasn't very informative besides they will be doing light structural work but be hidden so it doesn't matter what color, existing holes or lightly beat up hu?

    spent part of Labor Day Weekend getting our Pavilion project underway at the Zagray Farm Museum! had the topsoil pushed off a couple weeks ago by a D68 Komatsu we have on temp loan.

    Here the Koehring excavator is picking the first bucket Saturday morning.

    and the site all prepared for footings Sunday noontime.

    forms installed for the frost wall as of 11 AM this morning. Concrete coming at 1PM

    the structure is 60' X 36' with a 16' X 26' kitchen. will be post and beam pegged construction, hip truss roof with 2' overhang all around.
    I'll finish the concrete flatwork at the end of Sept. Construction in the early spring.

    Well, I have burned worse, but those were really ashy for me. For the price that they go for around here, I can do better (MWPs from TSC are better and cheaper).

    Since ligies took over NEWP, Some of their GS's aren't all that bad!! Depends on which mill they come from. Some are actually Doug fir from the Ligies mill in OR(see below). The bags should state one of the 7...............

    Weather is taking a turn towards a more FALL look...

    Thunder and some rain here today through Friday, and then more wet and showery weather over the weekend.

    We might be getting close to some early stove season weather...
