We got a new toy almost free. Our pastor went on Iron Planet and bought an equipment trailer and 5' tiller. Came by the house and wanted to know if we could go pick it up for him. It's only 125 miles from here...then he said, if you will, the tiller is yours. Jeff and Carol's hauling service hit the road. IMG_20190828_142815805.jpg
It is almost new, manufacturer date is 10-23-18. IMG_20190828_165114315.jpg
It didn't have the front half of the PTO shaft with it, so we had to make a 90 mile trip to Agri-Supply to get one. 1 1/2 tanks gas for both trips, and $135 for shaft. Looks like my hunny likes playing with the new toy as much as me.
TSC wanted $289 for it, dealer wanted $235... IMG_20190830_120359995.jpg

I’ve been digging a drainage ditch to the pond. A little live action.

Nice! The bota does pretty well for this if the soil conditions are good, at least with the bucket.

    Getting ready for rain?

Still need to replace the front tires. I have them out in the barn, but I have a project with lots of driving on asphalt coming up, so I'll keep the old ones on unti I'm done with that. Not looking forward to replacing the rear tires($$$), but they stoll have plenty of life in them.

Nice, we just replaced the right side light assembly housing. A tree kissed it.

Is that a replacement seat? My neighbor’s 3130 seat is a mess and he won’t pay Kubota’s price for a replacement.
