I'd like to know if it even still runs haha. Not much point in having one here anymore, most times you need to make about a 5 if not closer to 10 hour drive just to have enough snow to safely use one. A quad is better, at least that can be used on most any fairly solid surface

TrinitySouth99 .. MIL lives in 3 rivers. Their snowfall is amazing. Stop signs have to be shoveled so you can read them in the snow Banks:jaw:. Is it the ocean that causes you to be warmer?

That definitely helps, even in the capital metro region it's amazing the difference every few minutes further away from the coast you get. But then I have a buddy from a nearby coastal spot (he's a couple minutes fom the harbor but not too far), and he says they get twice as much as in town, so there's definitely something about the lay of the land in some spots that makes as big difference

Found the right color for the shed and guest house. The semi transparent looks really nice on the house because it’s western red cedar. The shed is poplar. I had to go with a solid color stain in “redwood” to get them to reasonably match. I quit early because of the impending storms. I didn’t want it to wash off in the driveway. I left the door uncoated so I could see the difference after drying.

I remember when I was younger watching them race them on water. They started on like a Sandy Beach. If I remember right they made a turn and came back....maybe that wasn't true and they just raced across the pond? This was 25 years ago. Entertaining

This was on TV...not sure there is even a snow mobile in this state?

Went to sleep at 2am. Bad storms last night. 3 structures in my county were hit by lightning, two houses, one burned but I think was mostly saved, one just electrical smell, and the other a church, almost a total loss. And my office in the adjacent county had the main fiber optic and control panel burn down in the night from lightning. Soot blown through the building and it smells like electrical fire. Wow, that's nasty! And here I am grumbling about having to go in to work for 6 hours Sunday night to fix some electronics that were blown up by lightning...but sheesh, nothing like that! :jaw:

Do you have a Toyota dealership up there? They have decent wood crates from large replacement parts for free here. Some decent boards on them.

Wow!! 90* outside and 91* inside  Humidity is running 5-20% between both depending on clouds coming though.
