    Just got the 1410 installed in our home. Looking for input on how it preforms tips and tricks ? Any input will be appreciated. And thanks for the add.[​IMG]

    Welcome! No specific tips or tricks for that stove, the best thing you can do is start getting ahead on wood as Drywood will keep you warm. Looks nice. Where are you located?

    We are well on our way with wood we have 4 cords on the ground in the process of splitting it. Montana around the Helena area. Thanks for the quick response.

    Cool. That should do nicely.
    Depending on the wood and your climate, you may have some issues getting the wood to burn well.
    The bold part is key. Not just a month or two ahead, but whatever your climate/firewood calls for. Here, Pine really likes more than 6 months, whereas the Oaks really like 2.5-3 years....maybe more.
    Looking forward to more posts from you to see how that stove works out.

    Welcome to the club from down South. Nice setup on the stove. Hope it keeps y'all toasty. Yep, get ahead on your wood supply, drier the better. First year or two might be tough, but don't give up. Lots of great folks on here sharing knowledge and humor.
