The chicken was outstanding. Just the wife and I so we will be fed well this week. We had smoked chicken salad sandwiches for lunch today on Hawaiian buns. Lordy that was good! Threw together homemade potato salad, coleslaw and deviled eggs this morning also. Mmmmmmm.
It's a toss up as to whether I like pork or chicken best on the pellet smoker. Yours looks great. Excellent choice of sides! We don't normally do deviled eggs but I may add them next time. I could sit down and eat an entire dozen! What exactly are Hawaiian buns? Does this have anything to do with Hula girls?
