'nother load of green ponderosa pine rounds, going to my neighbor who recently had surgery and can't get out and cut yet. The hoist won't lift high enough to stack 'em.
Started loading the truck then this happened. Grrr!! Thing is the piece I just tossed in before breaking the window I was thinking I need to be careful NOT to break a window.
Been there, done that…..Twice. First was a long skinny piece that was cut at an angle. Barely hit the glass. Second was I threw a piece in from the side and it bounced into the glass. Hit it many other times but not break it. Free headache rack now.
Got a little (okay, a lot) behind on weeding. My load so far, most is done just have some crabgrass, hedge trimming and maybe a some tree trimming. Getting there.
4 tons of Crusher Run. I’m moving some things around and relocating my shed. I need the gravel for a new base for the shed. $44 for the load.
In the past I would load up my truck by volume and not weight. Now that I have the trailer I load by weight. I can max our real fast and it looks like I’m not even half full. I’m trying to retrain my way of thinking.
I know that feeling. I have loaded a bit much before too. Bent my chassis a bit...lol...I was able to straighten it back out.
