A0A51CE8-1319-440E-A51E-BC5B57E2ABA7.jpeg I was out running some errands today, and saw this load of maple stacked by the road. The homeowner was cutting his grass, so I stopped and asked if he had plans for the wood. He told me to help myself to it. All worked into easily manageable pieces too. Not the biggest score but it all adds up.

Nice! The power company here has crews go out and trim trees and in lots of places they pile it up nice & neat, ready for folk to pick it up. The wife and myself got a van load of maple last time

Power company had a crew out trimming under lines and they had to cut a couple branches off of a cottonwood tree. I got that wood cut split and stacked for shoulder season 2021.
