under a cord of Cherry, I moved this Sugar & Soft Maple out front so we'll burn it this year.

I might move some Red & White Oak to this spot, another year and it should be ready.

The spider is alive until a bird eats him, he lives in the stack.

I picked the split up to stack in the new area and there it was, they don't bother me but my wife can't stand them.

Yea. Thats when I see them. And the split he sits on gets thrown fast and far. And I carry a side arm pretty much everywhere. Im well trained, but still reach for it when I see them....... thats how freaked I get. I liked other pictures you post with your wood pics, even the beetles humping, but spiders, nah.

Ok, dont want to hijack your thread with my phobias. Nice stack there Woody!

Those Lady Bugs kept doing it while I stacked, I was nice enough to put the split in the R rated stack!

All the areas I cut in are dry enough but we have part of a trail that still has about 2 or 3 inches of standing water on it, so I'm staying off that until Thursday or the weekend.

I've never been a big fan of spiders, but they have bothered me less and less over the years. Snakes have never bothered me, but a friend of mine was helping me split a while back... and I got into a small nest of garter snakes. He screamed, and I swear he must have made it 100 yards before I saw him run lolol. I grabbed one of the snakes and acted like I was going to take off after him, and I swear it would have taken an Olympian to catch him. I bet he could run the Boston Marathon in 15 minutes if he thought I was behind him with a snake.
